Our Beef
At Butch, provenance matters. So we only work with the very best small-scale farmers who champion native breed herds; farms where these lovely ladies are allowed to forage freely on nature’s pasture and grow at their own pace, gaining deep and rich marbling naturally.
Our beef is then expertly dry-aged on the bone for up to 35 days to allow the rich flavours to develop. It’s a little more expensive, but we believe it’s worth it.

The best of Cambridge – small batch beers and ciders. We tend to cover all bases from crisp pilsners, pale ales, and fruity tongue-tingling IPAs, to modern silky browns and funky stouts.
Cocktails
From the ever popular Old Fashioned ~ the grandfather of cocktails, to the funky Pornstar Martini, our team are on hand to make your favourite.
Wine
Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or just dipping your toe in, we’ve a short but select list that’s bound to have something to tickle your tastebuds; from organic whites, rosé and left-field Pinot Noir, to bold Rioja and Rhone reds. And…shhhh, we also have some fab cellar wines hidden away if you really want to let go!
If this doesn’t whet your whistle, there’s always the classic gin-tonic ~ made with the award-winning Cambridge Gin, a selection of bourbons, and deliciously smooth Thick Shakes, hand-made to order using locally made ice cream, organic milk and puréed fruit.

LARGE GROUPS
We can accommodate groups of up to 50, though if you’re holding a special occasion, the entire restaurant can be hired for up to 100 guests Sunday to Friday.
