Butch Annie’s was born from a passion for two of life’s great satisfiers, burgers and beers.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but when it comes to food and drink that’s a different matter. Our aim with Butch is simple… to hand craft the best burgers possible and offer them alongside an eclectic range of first rate craft beers.

But to make a great burger, the product has to be great. So we’ve sourced the best 28-day dry aged beef from 100% native breed Herefords that are traditionally farmed and chemical-free. The world-renowned Iberian black pigs, which freely roam the vast Dehesa plains of Extremadura, Spain feeding on a natural diet of acorns, provide for our special Iberico burgers. Then to ensure maximum flavour we serve our burgers pink (unless preferred otherwise), all wrapped up in an artisan seeded brioche. Even our veggie burgers are served pink, though only because we add beetroot!

Wash them down with a delicious craft beer, farm-pressed cider, natural wine or bourbon in vibrant surroundings, and you start to get the picture.
